Plans for the celebration of Jewish Day on July 29 as part of the Century of Progress program were outlined at a conference held at the Morrison Hotel last night. More than 1,000 organizations were represented by delegates who attended.
Speakers included B. C. Vladeck, business manager of The Daily Forward; Rabbi Wolf Gold, president of the Mizrachi; Rabbi A. B. Daskal and Jacob Segal, editor of the Chicago Daily Forward.
