A farewell reception to Dr. Samuel Schulman, member of the New York Board of Jewish Ministers for thirty-five years, who is sailing for a year’s stay abroad, will be tendered at the June meeting of the organization, which takes place Monday afternoon at two at the Community House, Temple Emanu-El. Since his retirement from the active ministry of the Temple he has been devoting his time to the presidency of the Synagogue Council.
