Dr Ira I. Kaplan, director of the Cancer Division of the Department of Hospitals of the City of New York, arrives today on the Conte de Savoie from Palestine, where he recently presented 100 milligrams of radium to the new Hadassah Institute of Radiology. While abroad Dr. Kaplan made a survey of health condition, with particular reference to cencer and the facilities and means for treating the disease in Palestine.
