Intimations that Arno P. Mowitz, Garman consul general in Philadelphia and counsel for the Association of Full fashioned Hosiery Manufacturers, injected Nazi influence into the policy of the association were voiced here last night by Emil Rieve, president of the American Federation of Hosiery Workers, in an address to 100 striking laborers.

Flaying Mowitz as “the leading spirit and guide of the forces opposed to unionism,” Rieve asked the strikers to “fight against the establishment of a Hitler form of government in the United States.”
