While the verdict in the case of Abraham Stavsky, convicted for the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff in Palestine, is under appeal, it would be improper to make comment regarding the conviction, Professor Selig Brodetsky declared today officially at the press conference held at the Zionist Executive here.

With Berl Locker, Laborite member of the Executive, Professor Brodetsky expressed the earnest hope that calls for strict discipline issued to all parties in Palestine will be loyally respected.

He expressed regret at the statement of Vladimir Jabotinsky, Zionist Revisionist leader, who was characterized as “making ridiculous, unfounded allegations against the Executive. Which are not only unfounded but are uncalled for and are calculated to undermine all authority of the organization.

“In Stavsky’s interest it is obvious that everybody should refrain from internal recriminations in this matter,” Professor Brodetsky concluded.
