The Brith Trumpeldor, organization of Revisionist Youth, had its rights for obtaining immigration certificates restored, according to today’s decision of the Congress Court, handed over for the benefit of the interested parties.
The court’s decision declares that, in the first place, the Zionist Executive was justified at the time when it deprived the Betarists, as members of Brith Trumpeldor are known, of certificates; secondly, that the Revisionists did not have the right to attempt to obtain certificates otherwise than through the Zionist Executive, and thirdly, that the ban against the Betarists must not apply the policy for the certificates are restored.
However, the court goes on, the Betaists must not apply the policy outlined in their circular letter which prohibits members from making use of the obtained certificates of trying to get certificates indirectly and not through the Palestine Bureau, which has charge of this matter.
