“Stevedore,” the vigorous play of life on the New Orleans docks, is completing the second month of its run and the Theatre Union is making plant to continue it through the summer. A cooling system is being installed it was announced.
The play was hailed by Sidney Howard, eminent dramatist and author of “Dodsworth” and “Yellow Jack” as “obviously the finest production of the season.”
