A resolution pledging support to the appeal issued by Chief Rabbi A. I. Ha Cohen Kook of Palestine, who called for further defense of Abraham Stavsky, the young Revisionist sentenced to be hanged for the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, was adopted at a meeting held here by Revisionists and other Zionist groups. Protests against the verdict were also voiced at the meeting.
A memorial meeting for Dr. Arlosoroff was held under the auspices of the Poale-Zion party and the League for Labor Palestine on the first anniversary of the labor leader’s death.
