Junior Hadassah Elects Atlanta Officers After a Successful Season

Closing one of the most successful years in its history, the Atlanta Chapter of Junior Hadassah elected officers for the new term at its regular monthly meeting.

Chosen to head the organization were the Misses Jennie Shamos, president; Rosalie Hirsch, first vice-president; Lottie Goncher, second vice-president; Dorothy Davis, recording secretary; Ida Mae Goldstein, corresponding secretary; Rose Norman, assistant corresponding secretary; Bertha Fisher, financial secretary; Rose Cherkas, treasurer, and the Misses Ozna Tontak and Annette Davis, editors of the “Alarm Clock,” monthly bulletin of the chapter.

The local chapter, one of the largest and most active in this section comprises approximately 150 members. Miss Lillian Reisman is the retiring president.

R. GUGGENHEIMS SAIL

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Guggenheim Jr. are sailing on the Grace liner Santa Elena for Mexico today. Mr. Guggenheim is the son of Daniel Guggenheim of Guggenheim Brothers.
