A dinner at which $11,000 was raised here to wipe out the indebtedness of the Jewish Educational Center was held in the institution and attended by 110 couples, each contributing $100.
Allan Firestone, chairman of the committee which was in charge of the fund-raising campaign, was toastmaster. Rabbi David A. Goldstein of Omaha was principal speaker.
