A farewell reception for Mr. and Mrs. Rosner on the eve of their departure for Europe will be tendered Saturday evening by Congregation Beth Israel, 1763 Sixty-third street, Brooklyn. Among members in charge of the dinner committee are Mrs. M. Rothschild, Mrs. J. Katzin, Mrs. I. Grossman, Mrs. R. Perelzweig and Mrs. D. Perlmutter.
