Charges that England is attempting to divide the Jewish people by throwing into their midst a Stavsky case was made by M. Joseph Beer, president of the Youth Zionist-Revisionist Organization, at a meeting in Laurelton.

Other speakers were Sam Weinstock and Max Levy. Levy urged the organization to form a vigilant committee to work in connection with the American Jewish Congress to enforce the boycott.

A Stavsky defense committee was formed, with Sam Weinstock chairman. Herman Rubinstein presided over the meeting.
