The second annual summer institute for religious teaching in Central New York was inaugurated here last night with a reception in the Temple Society of Concord ballroom. Dr. Emanuel Gamoran of Cincinnati, educational director of the commission on Jewish education, spoke. The course, which will last two weeks, will teach its members how to conduct Jewish class rooms.
