Returning after an absence of two years to the city he formerly served spiritually, Rabbi Phillip A. Langh was tendered a public reception by the Jewish members of this community. Accompanied by his wife, Rabbi Langh, now a resident of Seattle, Wash., plans to renew old acquaintances during a short visit.
