Rabbi Abraham Israelitan, graduate of the University of Oklahoma and the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, will arrive here September 1 to assume duties as spiritual guide of the Conservative Congregation Neveh Zedek. This is his second pulpit. He comes from Philadelphia.
