Hitler’s personal rule in Germany seems to be assured for the next few years according to present indications, a dispatch to the London Times from its Berlin office declared yesterday.

The London Times dispatch predicted that Hitler would succeed President von Hindenburg and that seizure of the office would be legalized by a plebiscite to be held later.

The incessant conflict of opposing forces seemed to be leading to progressive changes in Germany the dispatch declared, but the death of the aged Reichspresident is likely to alter the situation, especially for Hitler himself.
