Two streets in the new Zionist Revisionist colony Mizpah-Menorah were named for Horace Samuel and Rabbi Kook in the presence of Abraham Stavsky and Zvi Rosenblatt, Revisionists acquitted of the murder of Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff.

Horace Samuel, well-known London Jewish attorney, successfully defended the accused Revisionists before the lower court and also before the Appeals Court which freed Stavsky after Rosenblatt and Aba Achimeier were freed by the criminal assizes court.

Rabbi A. I. HaCohen Kook, chief rabbi of Palestine, headed the movement to raise funds for the defense of Stavsky.
