Mildred Plepler was elected delegate to the national convention of the Delta Omega Iota sorority by the Theta chapter here. The parley will be held at the Statler Hotel in Detroit, Sept. 1, 2 and 3. Roslyn Shilkrout, national vice-president, also will attend.
