The Federation of Polish Jews of America announced yesterday that it has formed a relief committee for flood-stricken victims of Poland. Benjamin Winter has been appointed chairman.
The group was formed to cooperate with Polish American Jews, to organize and carry out relief activities, as well furnishing necessary information for remitting funds to Poland. The committee will also see that these funds will be distributed to those for whom they are intended.
