An extraordinary session of the French Cabinet was held here this morning which dealt entirely with the bloody anti-Jewish outbreaks in Constantine, Algeria. No official statement was issued as to the results of the meeting.

The Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned, however, that Cabinet members severely condemned the fact that Algerian authorities made no attempt to halt the flow of anti-Jewish agitation, which had been going on for some time. Several members of the Cabinet, it is understood, are of the opinion that the anti-Jewish agitation was primarily responsible for the outbreaks in Constantine.
