The United States Consulate was notified today that the Nazi Storm Trooper who slapped Professor Albert Lapowsky of Chicago University, at a pre-referendum rally Monday night, has been arrested and jailed by the police. Speedy punishment is expected for the trooper who struck the Chicagoan because he failed to salute the Nazi flag.
