Several hundred members of the striking Cap Makers Union Local No. 1 met yesterday in Beethoven Hall and decided to continue the strike, now in its fourth day.

More than 1,200 members of the union have walked out of their factories, putting the entire industry at a stand still. Union leaders remain firm in their early demands for a fifteen per cent, increase in wages and equal division of work during both slack and busy seasons.
