Ben-Zion S. Hersch, well-known journalist and one of the founders of the South African Zionist movement, has joined the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, according to an announcement by Jacob Landau, managing director of the Agency, who is at present in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Mr. Hersch has been invited by Mr. Landau to serve on the board of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency in London and of the Palestine Telegraphic Agency in Jerusalem. He will proceed with Mr. Landau in the early autumn to Palestine.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
