Two Jewish daily newspapers were confiscated by the authorities today for publishing accounts of an attack upon Zionist youths in the town of Siauliai which was instigated by a Lithuanian youth organization.
The publications are “Moment” and “Dos Wort.” Objection was taken to their assertion that a state of panic still prevailed, whereas, according to the police, order #ad been quickly restored.
