Professor Alfons Goldschmidt, distinguished German economist, now an exile in the United States, will be the principal speaker at the opening September 16 of the United Jewish Appeal campaign in this city to raise funds for stricken German Jewry. The campaign here is part of a Dominion-wide effort.
