A new morning newspaper which will apparently campaign among Hungarian youth for the introduction of a numerus clausus in high schools and universities has been established here by Stefan Milotay, former editor-in-chief of Magyarsag, right wing radical publication.

The new paper is to be called Uj Magyarsag (New Hungary). Milotay is said to have withdrawn from his former post because of a difference of opinion on a Jewish question.

BAREHEADED PATRIARCHS

Bareheadedness was customary among men in Biblical times.
