Mayor M. Dizengoff of Tel Aviv, Palestine, has secured a £350,000 (approximately $1,750,000) loan for his city, at less than five per cent interest, it is understood in Paris.

The mayor of the “first Jewish city in the world” accomplished his ends before leaving London for Palestine via Marseilles, it is said in financial circles here.
