Both branches of the Institutional Synagogue, located at 37-43 West 116th street and 148 West Eighty-fifth street are conducting a campaign for increased registration, Rabbi Philip Goodman, principal, has announced. Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein is sponsoring the campaign.
