The first international congress of national Leagues to combat Anti-Semitism, composed of prominent Christians in the various countries of the world, will open here on September 22. Among the speakers scheduled to address the congress is Richard Grenville Hare, Earl of Listowel.

M. Bernard Lecache, prominent in French public life, is the president of the French League to Combat Anti-Semitism, which issued the call for the congress.
