Each of the seventy-five members of the New York Dressmakers’ joint board pledged himself to contribute $3 towards the $25,000 fund the dressmakers’ union is raising to help anti-Fascist movements in Germany, Austria and Italy. The campaign is part of the $50,000 drive voted by the recent Chicago convention of the International Ladies’ Garment Workers’ Union.
