Dr. Jacob Billikopf, who last May was compelled because of illness to relinquish his posts as executive director of the Federation of Jewish Charities and as a chairman of the Philadelphia Region of the National Labor Board, has resumed his post with the latter organization. This he did at the earnest solicitation of the authorities at Washington.
