Says Palestine Tempo Depends on Jews in Outer World

Leo Herrman, general secretary of the World Keren Hayesod, spoke last evening at the Lexington Avenue Y. M. H. A. on “The Road to Palestine.” Mr. Herrman discussed the work of absorbing German Jewry into the general body of Palestinian Jews. He emphasized the dependence of Palestinian Jewry on world Jewry for the tempo of its development.
