The Gary campaign for the United Jewish Appeal and other Jewish causes opens on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Herbert Rosenbloom, and Milton Dreyfus, treasurer. Other members of the campaign committee are David Baim, Frank Sparber, David Bassin, Dr. Philip J. Rosenbloom and Nathaniel N. Bernstein. Dr. A. L. Sachar of Champaign, Ill. will be the guest speaker.
