Senator Thomas’ address given under the auspices of the extension division of the University of Utah, summarized his investigations gathered on a recent extensive tour of Europe. He referred to the German dictator as “Hitler, the demagogue and fanatic,” and declared that conditions in Germany will not permit the building of a lasting government.
