The Baltimore Junge Maennerchor, formerly a purely social and musical organization, voted to go pro-Nazi last night.

Carl Wittelsberger, vice-president, dissented, pointing out that the organization faces loss of friendship of Jews here and damage to members’ business connections.

After the vote about twenty minority members indicated they will quit the group. A similar split is anticipated when the Nazi issue is laid before the companion organization, the Theater-Verein.

The prospective outcasts are contemplating formation of a rival group, repudiating the swastika.

A missionary who visited central Asia and northern India 100 years ago reported finding a number of Jews in the armies of native princes.
