Dr. Mordecai Soltes, national director of education of the Jewish Welfare Board, will speak on the “Role of American Jewish Youth in the Rebuilding of Palestine” before Young Israel of Manhattan. The lecture will take place Tuesday evening, November 29, at 229 East Broadway.
