Louis Lipsky, American member of the World Zionist Executive, Z. Rubashow, Palestine Labor leader who recently arrived in this country, and Dr. Norman Salit will report on progress made in Palestine, when the Jewish National Fund Council of Greater New York holds its third annual conference Sunday, at the Hotel Pennsylvania.
The Council, headed by Leo Wolfson, comprises representatives of 300 groups and units in the Metropolitan organization and is the local group which carries on, throughout the year, money raising activities for the Palestine Land Redemption Fund. It will elect new officers Sunday.
