The designation by the ministry of finance of a supervisory official to control Jewish schools in Esthonia constitutes a curtailment of Jewish autonomous rights, Dr. Klampus, chairman at the sixth session of the Jewish Culture Advisory Committee, declared.

At the same time, Dr. Klampus emphasized, every member of the Jewish minority in the country should exhibit sympathy and loyalty to the present government, which has succeeded in preventing a great many difficulties.

Abraham Senior promoted the marriage of the Infanta Isabella to King Ferdinand.
