Recently returned from Palestine, Dr. Charles W. Harris, chaplain of Lafayette College, outlined the progress of the Holy Land before the student body.
Jewish capital and enterprise, he declared, are essential to the progress of the land. He gave an account of his travels and the contrasts witnessed by him since his previous trip to Palestine before the war. He especially commended the industrial development of the country, which he termed “striking.”
