Refugees’ Bazaar Opens Saturday

Touching off of a bonfire to commemorate the burning of books by the Nazis will be the official opening of a bazaar given by the American Committee for the Relief of Victimized German Children next Saturday at 225 West Thirty-fourth street.

Proceeds are to be turned over to the homes established by the World Committee to Aid the Victims of German Fascism, of which Lord Marley is chairman, in France, Holland and the Saar.

Simeon Solomon was one of the extremists of the Victorian pre-Raphaelite painters.
