Captain Mueller von Hausen, publisher of a German edition of the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” brought suit against Dr. Johannes Stanajek, secretary of the Association to Combat Anti-Semitism, who had published an article in various papers asserting that the “Protocols” were counterfeit.
