Dr. Stephen S. Wise will be the principal speaker of the evening at the twenty-fifth anniversary dinner of Congregation Beth Israel, Richmond Hill, this Sunday, it was announced yesterday.
The dinner arrangements are in the hands of a committee of which Samuel Cohen is chairman. Israel Silberman is president of the congregation and Rabbi Arthur H. Neulander spiritual leader.
