Prof. John Erskine, novelist and president of the Juillard School of Music, will lecture on “American Music” before 400 members of the lecture group at 11 o’clock this morning at the Hotel Savoy-Plaza, it was announced yesterday by Mrs. Harry A. Goldberg, chairman.

“Political Horizons in Europe and Their Relationship to Social Change” will be discussed at a public forum tonight at the Bronx House, 1637 Washington avenue. Dr. Laurence J. Lafleur of Brooklyn College will be the principal speaker.
