Mayor Fiorello H. LaGuardia will be the principal speaker at the eighteenth annual meeting Sunday afternoon of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies, at the Community House of Congregation Emanu-El, 1 East Sixty-fifth street. Nine trustees are to be elected at the meeting for a term of three years.
