Liberation, a Pelley enterprise. The second count accused them of misrepresenting the financial condition of Galahad Press, holding company which owned Liberation, for the purpose of selling stock.
Pelley, Summerville, Kellogg and H. M. Hardwicke originally were indicted on sixteen counts, thirteen of which were dismissed against the first two defendants last Wednesday, while fifteen were dismissed against Kellogg. At the same time Harwicke was exonerated of all charges.
The seventh count of the indictment, of which Pelley and Summerville were freed last night, concerned sale of stock in Galahad Press to Bertha Allar of Cleveland.
