Chris Spilitios, accused of “spreading Nazism” and bullying Jewish boys, was acquitted in Special Sessions Court of simple assault in connection with a charge of allegedly having slapped the face of Harvey Hirsch, 11, 995 Eastern parkway, Brooklyn. Justices Charles P. Cauldwell, A. V. B. Voorhees and Hyman Rayfiel discharged the defendant by unanimous decision. Before Magistrate Brill last October a petition signed by people in the neighborhood complained that Spilitios had struck their children.
