Authorities of the Swiss canton of Solothurn today prohibited publication of the Volksbund, a Nazi organ imitating the notorious anti-Semitic weekly of Nuremburg, Der Stuermer.
The publication will be permitted to circulate only when it does not contain articles endangering the order and the peace of the canton, the authorities notified the publishers of the Volksbund.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
