Instructions to open to interested parties files containing information on the activities of anti-Jewish organizations were issued here by the Canadian Jewish Congress to all its local committees, according to an announcement made public today.

The Montreal Bureau of Social and Economic Research is now preparing a plan for research dealing with public relief as affecting Jews, it was announced today by the Canadian Jewish Congress.

The Congress has also received a report from Ontario, from the Anti-Defamation Committee there stating that a student Fascist group was founded in the township of York. This group attempted unsuccessfully to obtain permission from the Board of Education to hold a meeting in a local school.
