The Zionist Revisionist Executive has announced here that a new memorandum will be submitted to the Mandates Commission at the League of Nations, which will contain important material and political documents making it clear that the authers of the Balfour Declaration and of the Palestine Mandate intended the creation of the Jewish State in Palestine, and that this was the purpose for which Britain assumed the Mandate for Palestine.
The new memorandum will be backed by a mass petition with tens of thousands of signatures of Palestinian citizens supporting this ultimate aim of Zionism, the announcement says. It will also be backed by hundreds of thousands of petitions from Jews all over the world addressed to the British Government and the British Parliament.
“If the second memorandum will fail to achieve its purpose, we together with the whole Jewish people will not tire, but will continue with a third and a fourth memorandum,” the announcement promised. “We do not doubt that the just demands of the Jewish people for Palestine as a Jewish State will obtain the understanding and the recognition both of the mandatory power, the League of Nations and the public opinion of the entire civilized world,” the statement concludes.
