The next Zionist Congress will change Palestine into a strong foundation for a Jewish National Home, Dr. Chaim Weizmann, ex-president of the Zionist Organization, declared last night, addressing a meeting of the Kadima, an organization of Palestine Jews.
Felix Rosenbluth, former member of the World Zionist Executive and leader of the German Jews in Palestine, hailed Weizmann’s appearance at the meeting and termed him the “highest leader in the Zionist movement.”
